About the Scheme

Eligibility Criteria
To avail this scheme, farmers must meet the following conditions:
- Must be a resident of Andhra Pradesh
- Aadhaar card should have an AP address
- Landholding should be less than 5 acres
- Must have land documents such as:
- Pattadar Passbook OR
- ROFR (Forest Rights) Patta
- Tenant farmers must have a CCRC card
- Bank account must be:
- Linked with Aadhaar
- NPCI Active
- Crop details must be updated at the Rythu Seva Kendram
- Farmers receiving PM-KISAN are also eligible
- Only one member per family (as per ration card) is eligible
- Land holding & household mapping is mandatory
Ineligibility Criteria
The following individuals are NOT eligible:
- Income tax-paying farmers
- Government employees (Central/State)
- Public representatives / political leaders
- Retired employees receiving pensions
- More than one person in the same family (only one allowed)
How to Apply
Follow these steps to apply:
- Visit your Village/Ward Secretariat
- Submit required documents to the concerned officer
- Agriculture Assistant verifies:
- Land details
- Aadhaar
- Bank linkage
- Data is checked through Webland records
- If you are eligible, your name will be added to the beneficiary list
- If errors exist:
- Verified by VRO
- Corrections will be updated
- Final approval → Added to Eligible Beneficiary List
